be advised that BaliHotels.com
posts all room rates based on double occupancy

for you to compare prices right from the start. Be alert
to lower prices that do not include this mandatory 21%,
require a minimum number of nights or a rate for single
occupancy as a lead-in. Be advised that quoted
rates sometimes change without notice.

Hotels Update |
Hotel
of the Week |
Welcome to Bali, Morning of the World and thank you for visiting. July is here and with Asia schools on holiday, European summer in full swing and Australians escaping winter, Bali is quickly filling up. Most of Bali's favourite hotels - especially in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Nusa Dua - are reporting to be fully booked. Even Ubud is reporting very high occupancies (click here for hotel close out update).
What does this mean to you? First, most hotels in Bali are adding a high season surcharge. Hotels that do have rooms available are charging a premium for last minute bookings. Second, being flexible will help not only get a room but could also save you money. There are still some rooms available in Ubud, Candidasa and north Bali. Third, the sooner you act the better (also be sure to secure flight availability beforehand). That said, budget conscious travelers may wish to wait until September or October for more choice and no high season surcharges.
Still if you are visiting here are a couple interesting things to do early on. First up is the 3rd Annual Gempita Gianyar, a festival of art, culture and fashion 30 June - 4 July in Ubud or with the recent strong easterly winds head over to Sanur for Bali Hotair 2010 Kite Boarding Competition 2-4 July. Enjoy! |
